Returns + Exchanges
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your MINCA dress, we’ll happily accept a return or exchange, provided the following:
- Your dress(es) is returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Your dress(es) is in original condition.
- Your dress(es) hasn’t been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way.
- There’s no make up marks on your dress(es).
We don't take responsibility for the cost of return/exchange postage or insurance and we can’t be liable of the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return the item(s) and keep a record of the tracking details.

Once the items have been received, we will either exchange your item or process your full refund (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card or paypal account used for purchase. Please allow 14 days from the day you return the item(s) for your account to be credited.
If you want to make an exchange and the stock is not available, we’ll gladly offer a refund as an alternative.
